Monthly rent at Buena Vista Springs III start at $638 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and $769 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the monthly rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $26,250 gross annual income, a two-person household must not exceed $30,000 gross annual income, and a three-person household must not exceed $33,750.
